Order now to receive one set of numbers for each week, so you will receive 26 sets of numbers for 6 months or 52 sets for one year. Use each set of numbers for the entire week.  

How To Play

Just ask for Quick Pick to let the computer randomly select your numbers:

1. Ask the clerk for a Daily 4, or Daily 4 Quick Pick. Then, choose Midday, Evening, or Both. Both option allows you to play the next two or more consecutive draws including both Midday and Evening.
2. Choose your wager amount starting at $.50 (excluding combo), or in $1.00 increments up to $10.00
3. Select your play type choosing: Straight (match in exact order), Boxed (match in any order), Combo (match in exact or any order), Wheel Play (play all possible number combinations straight). 
4. Add EZmatch to your Daily 4 board for a chance to win instantly, and only for just $1.00 per play purchased.
5. You will receive a ticket with four (4) numbers from 0-9. If you select EZmatch, your ticket will say "Yes" next to the EZmatch logo. Four (4) EZmatch digits from 0-9 will automatically print for each Daily 4 board you added it to
6. Verify accuracy of your ticket.
7. Sign the back of your ticket.
8. Check your numbers after the drawing at hoosierlottery.com, Hoosier Lottery retailer, on select TV news broadcasts or in select newspapers.

How to Fill Out a Playslip

1. Fill out the front of a Daily 4 playslip by selecting Daily 4, Front 3 or Back 3. Also, your play type by choosing: Straight (match in exact order), Boxed (match in any order), Combo (match in exact or any order) or Wheel Play (play all possible number combinations straight).
2. Choose your wager by marking $.50 (excluding combo), $1.00 $2.00, $5.00, or $10.00
3. Pick your time of draw for Midday, Evening or Both. Both option allows you to play the next two or more consecutive draws including both midday and evening.
4. Mark four (4) numbers (0-9) in each column. If playing Front 3/Back 3, only select the first 3/last 3 numbers. Or, mark Quick Pick (QP) to let the terminal randomly pick unmarked numbers.
5. If desired, add EZmatch by marking the "EZmatch" box in the board you would like, $1.00 per board selected.
6. Give to clerk and receive your ticket.
7. Verify accuracy of your ticket.
8. Sign the back of your ticket.
9. Check your numbers after the drawing at hoosierl

11. Select Multi-draw to Play Multiple Draws

Ask for a multi-draw, or select it on your playslip, to play future draws up to twenty-eight (28) draws in advance. When selecting Both and multi-draw on a playslip or when asking the clerk, the ticket will produce the next consecutive draws including midday and evening. For example, selecting Both and multi-draw “4” will produce the same wager for the next four consecutive draws.
